Phytness Programs

All programs begin with an initial assessment of Posture, strength, stability, mobility, flexibility and balance. A customized training program is created based on the client’s assessment, medical history, and personal goals. Each training session is 1 on 1 with dr. jeff, who directly supervises, educates and critiques each aspect of the program.

LIFestyle PHytness

is your goal to stay active and healthy; prevent pain and injuries; get in shape and be stronger? This Program helps address your overall posture, strength, mobility, flexibility and balance to maintain your active lifestyle and live life to the fullest.

GOLF PHytness

Are you an adult or senior golfer looking to improve your swing, hit the ball farther, reduce or prevent pain, and continue to play at your highest level for years to come. This program begins with a 16-point TPI physical golf screen that assesses strength, stability, mobility, flexibility and balance. You will be given a handicap score that indicates your overall golf fitness level. These impairments lead to swing faults and compensations that will eventually cause pain and injury.

RECREATIONAL PHYTNESS

do you love to play sports like pickleball or tennis, but can’t stay healthy or are in constant pain? want to be able to move better and be stronger? This is For all athletes and weekend warriors looking to return to sports, prevent injury, and improve their performance.

REHAB PHYTNESS

DId you recently finish formal physical therapy and want to continue to address your strength and mobility deficits to prevent recurrent injuries? Are you recovering from an injury or surgery and still not able or confident in returning to sports or recreational activities? Continue to work 1 on 1 with a doctor of physical therapy to address your remaining deficits for a safe return to sports, recreation and daily activities.
