Doc Phytness is a private training studio specializing in physical wellness and golf performance. Known for its comprehensive, client-centered approach, the studio offers a full-body physical assessment that evaluates posture, balance, core engagement, mobility, flexibility, and strength. Based on this personalized, in-depth analysis, clients receive tailored exercise programs designed to meet their individual needs and goals. Clients train one-on-one with their physical therapist to ensure expert attention to movement quality, safety and steady progression.
