Dr. Jeff is a doctor of physical therapy and a certified athletic trainer. He utilizes PT based assessments to create customized training programs for health and wellness, lifestyle enhancement, injury prevention, functional restoration and sports performance. He has extensive experience training active individuals of all ages throughout his career while working with high school, collegiate and professional athletes as well as senior Olympians. Dr. Jeff is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Specialist, who utilizes therapeutic and corrective exercise combined with functional movement to safely train individuals with musculoskeletal conditions. He is also certified through the Titleist Performance Institute as a medical golf performance specialist. He helps adult and senior golfers play at their highest level without pain for many years to come. Dr. JEff is an upstate NY native, collegiate hockey player and avid weight lifter. he graduated from SUNY COrtland with a degree in athletic training and went on to graduate school at stony brook university to receive his doctorate in physical therapy. Dr. Jeff resides in Lewes with his wife and 3 children.
